A special flight of the PIA Pakistan Airlines (PK) is operating to Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport on the 03 November 2020, Tuesday to bring back 44 Pakistan prisoners to Pakistan, ARY News reported.
The special flight is operating with Flight Number PK-9872 departed from Islamabad International Airport at 18:00 on the 03 November 2020 and the flight arriving at 22:33 at Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport on the same day. The return flight is operating with Flight Number PK9873 departing from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport at 00:20 on the 04 November 2020. The flight is operating onboard Airbus A320-214 registered under AP-BLU.
According to anynews, the flight bringing back Pakistani prisoners from Colombo would also include six women inmates while 24 officials from NADRA and Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) would also be onboard the flight. All the prisoners will be shifted to quarantine facilities after screening for the novel coronavirus at the airport.
